Ah, the French. It is always the French.

First they criticized the UK for not joining the European Union and now...

And now they want Jacques Chirac to abdicate... if they insisted that they didn't have anything to do with Europe in general, then why should he do so? He is the FRENCH President, NOT the EUROPEAN UNION REP!
